3.  Update > virus and spyware definitions : up to date.
4. history > view the items that ware detected as potentially harmful and the actions that you took on them:

• quarantined items > items that ware prevented from running but not removed from your pc.
• allowed items > items that you've allowed to on your pc.
• all detected items > items that were detected on your pc.
•  pc user 1 & 3 tap click and remove all , remove , restore.
